You’ll start with an inspection. We’ll get on your roof, document what’s there, check for ponding water, look at seams and flashing, and assess whether you need repairs, restoration, or full replacement. You’ll get photos and a written assessment—not a sales pitch.
If you’re moving forward, we’ll walk you through material options. TPO is cost-effective and energy-efficient. PVC offers superior chemical resistance if your building has grease or oil exposure. Modified bitumen gives you puncture resistance for high-traffic areas. We’ll explain what makes sense for your building, your budget, and your timeline.
Once we’re on-site, you’ll have one project manager and one foreman overseeing your job from start to finish. No subcontractors. No new faces halfway through. We’ll coordinate material delivery, handle tear-off and disposal, install your new system to manufacturer specs, and clean up daily so your operations aren’t disrupted.
After installation, you’ll receive warranty documentation and a maintenance plan. Most commercial roofs fail early because of small issues that go unnoticed—clogged drains, loose flashing, minor punctures. Catching those during routine inspections saves you from emergency repairs down the line.
